Scaffolding is erected and an opening is formed to allow materials to be taken into the loft space. |
Materials arrive on site and are lifted on the landing platform. |
Steels are carefully positioned in the loft area to enable the installation of the floor joists and the removal of the cross members. |
After the steels are in position timbers are then adapted and added to form the general loft space. |
Internal timber partitions are then built which form the separate rooms. Electrical and plumbing installation can then take place. |
Openings are made ready to accept the roof lights. |
Roof lights are installed. Generally any window configuration can be achieved. |
Final touches are then applied, including floors and decoration. |
