On site probability survey establishing firstly that the existing structure can be modified to meet your requirements and secondly that you have full means of escape in case of fire.

ABM supplies a fixed price estimate which will be good for 12 weeks. This estimate will include preparing detailed drawings in order to obtain all necessary statutory approvals (if required).

Upon acceptance of our estimate a letter will be made available for you to sign instructing ABM to proceed with obtaining your planning / buildings regulations approvals.

We offer a Full Residential Design Service that caters for all your planning/building regulations requirements from design to build through to completion. On every development, we place a high priority on space and design to make the most of your valuable commodity, making sure the building design is kind to your pocket and to the environment using a winning combination of traditional building skills with the latest technology.

Other important information

When can we start: We can normally commence work within 8 to 12 weeks after we obtain all necessary approvals.
Payment Terms: We ask for no deposit just interim payments as works proceed, a valuation will be supplied detailing an amount required.
Guarantee: ABM offers a free 5 year guarantee and an optional 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
Defects: All materials are supplied on site with different moisture contents which means they all dry out at different time spans sometimes leaving behind small hairline cracks etc. ABM returns to site after 6 months to make good any defects that may of occurred.
